RSCM Hymn Festival

This hymn is presented by the Royal School of Church Music in collaboration with Holy Trinity Cathedral. Seven favourite hymns will be sung, accompanied by organ and brass ensemble and sung by a massed choir and congregation. The hymns will be interspersed with readings from scripture and elsewhere on the theme of music in worship. The offering at this service will go to the Auckland City Mission. The service will be led by the Cathedral Precentor, Rev’d Ivica Gregurec, with participation of Rev’d Liam Philips, Chaplain to the Royal School of Church Music. Conductors are Mark Rosser and Neil Shroff, with Dr Philip Smith, Cathedral organist, and Auckland City Brass Ensemble.
