Auckland City Mission’s Santa’s Helpers 2017

In the lead-up to Christmas, Holy Trinity Cathedral will be taking part in the Auckland City Mission’s Santa’s Helpers Appeal.

You can support this wonderful initiative by bringing in donations of funds, non-perishable food and/or new, unwrapped Christmas gifts before December 11 2017.

In 2016, people like us helped the Mission to distribute 8,000 gifts to children in our community, as well as thousands of emergency food parcels, and put on an unforgettable Christmas Lunch for 2,000 guests.

A collection point will be set up at the back of the Nave and in the Cathedral Office, where you will be able to donate non-perishable food items and Christmas gifts. Monetary donations can be brought to the Cathedral Office or donated online at aucklandcitymission.org.nz.

Gifts for all ages and genders are hugely appreciated (including items for adults and teenagers), and the Mission suggests a budget of $10-$20 per gift. They ask that gifts are donated unwrapped, but donations of wrapping paper and tape are also greatly appreciated.
